Lewis Goff joins Hitech for 2027 British F4 season

Reigning Ginetta Junior Champion Lewis Goff will make the move to the Wera Tools F4 British Championship in 2027, joining Hitech for his first full season in single-seater racing.

Lewis, 15, enjoyed a standout campaign in 2026, securing the Ginetta Junior Championship title in his second season in the series. The achievement marks a significant milestone in his development and provides a strong platform as he prepares to progress into single-seater competition.

The British driver has built a solid foundation through karting, competing in a range of national and international Rotax championships. His notable results in 2024 included runner-up finishes in the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy and Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in the Junior Max category, alongside third place in the Rotax Max Challenge Winter Cup.

Goff has also begun gaining experience in single-seaters, contesting the opening round of the GB4 Championship Winter Series at Snetterton in October. He secured a best finish of fourth across the four races, gaining valuable experience ahead of his step up to British F4 with Hitech in 2027.

Lewis Goff:

“I’m really pleased to be joining Hitech for the 2027 British F4 season. After winning the Ginetta Junior Championship, stepping up to single-seaters is an exciting next stage in my career. I’m looking forward to working with the team, learning as much as possible and preparing for the season ahead.”

Dominic Stott, Hitech British F4 Team Manager:

“Lewis joins us following an excellent season in Ginetta Juniors, where winning the championship clearly demonstrated his ability and potential. The move to British F4 is an important step in his development, and we’re looking forward to working with him as he continues to adapt to single-seater racing and prepares for his first full season in the championship.”
