Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA race winner Tommy Harfield will return to Chris Dittmann Racing for a second year and is targeting the outright title in 2026. Tommy joined CDR in 2024, testing with the team ahead of a full British F4 campaign last season. He started his debut year in the championship with a third-place finish in the first race, racking up a further four podium visits before taking his first victory at round eight at Donington Park. He followed this up with a second win at Silverstone, before making it a hat-trick at Brands Hatch for the season finale.
Consistency was the key to his success with an average finishing position of 6.5 over the course of the 30-race season, leading him to score 246 points and fourth place in the championship standings. Of the returning drivers, Tommy is the highest-placed finisher of 2025, but all will have to dig deep for what is set to be another competitive year of British F4 racing. With only tenths of a second separating the competition, Tommy will be looking to hone every tool in his arsenal, working closely with the team to ensure they are the ones to beat every time they hit the track. Tommy created history last season for CDR when not only did he take his first victory, but the first victory for the young team. A new year and new campaign – and testing will start in earnest in February, where Tommy will join teammates Piotr Orzechowski, Henry Mercier and Daniella Sutton in preparing for the season ahead.
