Colombian driver Salim Hanna will join Virtuosi Racing for selected rounds of Wera Tools British F4 in 2025, beginning with Round 4 at Thruxton on 7–8 June.
15-year-old Salim is set to make his competitive debut with Virtuosi at the UK’s fastest circuit, following earlier testing with the team this season. He joins the British F4 grid as part of a broader 2025 campaign that includes entries in both the Italian Formula 4 Championship and the E4 Championship, marking a pivotal year in his development as a driver.
Salim brings with him a strong international karting background, highlighted by a third-place finish in the WSK Champions Cup (OK class), and wins in the 2022 WSK Open Cup and Trofeo Delle Industrie (OKJ category). He transitioned to single-seaters earlier this year, competing in Formula Trophy and the F4 Middle East Championship, and has already begun his Italian F4 season.
Virtuosi Team Principal Mark Salmon: “We’re pleased to have Salim Hanna with us at Virtuosi this year for selected races in British F4. The testing we have done with Salim so far this season has gone well and we’re looking forward to our first race weekend together at Thruxton.”
Salim Hanna: “I’m excited to take on this new challenge with Virtuosi Racing in British F4, confident that this next step will help me strengthen my skills and develop further as a racing driver.”
