ROKiT British F4 Takes In Third Country in Three Events

Fresh following a small break after ROKiT British F4 Championship certified by the FIA’s first overseas round, British F4 heads north of the border to Scotland and Knockhill circuit, for Round 7 of the 2024 season.

The Fife venue’s 1.27 mile circuit is iconic, notorious for its narrow, undulating nature, creating exciting racing year on year and a firm favourite track amongst the racers. Drivers are set to tackle the Knockhill circuit comprising of corners such as the Duffus Dip, McIntyre’s, Butcher’s, the Black Circles Chicane and Taylor’s Hairpin rounding out the lap.

After collecting his sixth and seventh wins at Zandvoort, Deagen Fairclough (Hitech Pulse-Eight) extended his championship lead to its largest margin of the season with  66 points now separating Fairclough from Rodin Motorsport’s Alex Ninovic in second. Both drivers have amassed over 200 championship points with four events still to run this season.

Jack Sherwood (Rodin Motorsport) and Reza Seewooruthun (Hitech Pulse-Eight) are currently tied on points in third, with James Higgins and Abbi Pulling, each of Rodin Motorsport, in fifth and sixth respectively.

Phinsys by Argenti’s Yuanpu Cui continues to lead the Rookie Cup with Martin Molnar (Virtuosi Racing) moving into second after a successful round at Zandvoort. Molnar, who, while in Holland,  made his first trip to the overall podium and took his first Rookie Cup win, will be looking to continue this momentum into the final rounds of the season. Rowan Campbell-Pilling (Phinsys by Argenti) completes the top 3.

Last year’s visit to Knockhill saw championship leader Deagen Fairclough take his first ROKiT British F4 win becoming the 11th winner of the 2023 season, however what a difference a year makes with the English driver having collected seven wins from 17 races to date this season. Already this season, eight drivers have each won races and 14 drivers have stood on the ROKiT British F4 podium.

Hitech Pulse-Eight have reclaimed the lead of the Teams’ Cup ahead of Rodin Motorsport with JHR Developments moving up into third.
