The Wera Tools British F4 Championship returns this weekend after the summer break, with all eyes on the championship’s overseas trip to the Netherlands from 10–12 July. The Zandvoort round will see the series reach another exciting milestone, as Saturday morning qualifying will be streamed live from Zandvoort for the very first time on the official British F4 YouTube channel, giving fans the opportunity to watch the battle for pole position unfold as it happens.
The live broadcast, provided by KSM Motorsport Organisations, will allow supporters to see drivers tackle one of Europe’s most iconic circuits as they search for the perfect lap around the fast, flowing Dutch venue. Calling the qualifying session and all three races across the weekend will be Josh Barrett and John Munro, who will guide viewers through Rounds 13, 14 and 15, taking the championship to its halfway point. Qualifying is expected to provide an early indication of who has adapted quickest to the unique challenges of Zandvoort.
Wera Tools British F4 Championship Manager Eve Lake-Grange said:
“It’s fantastic that we’ll be streaming all three races, as well as the Saturday morning qualifying session, live from Zandvoort for the first time ever on the British F4 YouTube channel. Qualifying is always one of the most exciting sessions of the weekend and, with 32 cars on the grid, it will be an exciting and frenetic occasion as we see the times tumble throughout the 25-minute session.
“Zandvoort is a circuit that really rewards commitment and confidence, so the drivers will be using the session to get their eye in, build rhythm and find those final tenths of a second. It will also be our first real indication of who the ones to watch are for the rest of the weekend, and I’m sure it will provide plenty of excitement.”
Fans can watch the qualifying session from Zandvoort LIVE at 10:00 local time (09:00 UK time) on the official British F4 YouTube channel.
