2025 Wera Tools British Formula 4 Championship Certified by FIA debutant Piotr Orzechowski will be targeting regular points finishes and his first podium, as he returns for a second season with Chris Dittmann Racing in 2026.
The Polish racer showed strong progress last season, after making his first championship appearance at the second weekend of the series at Silverstone. Racing on the full Grand Prix circuit, the young-gun showed maturity beyond his years to focus on getting used to both the circuit and the car, racing incident-free to maximise his learning ahead of his second season.
Hailing from Kostrzyn nad Odrą on the border of Poland and Germany, he also competed in the ROK Cup karting championships in Italy and Poland last year, dovetailing a campaign in British F4. Demonstrating his increasing speed and abilities, he secured his first points-paying position in the second race at Donington Park, before scoring again in the final event of the year at Brands Hatch.
Piotr will join up with fellow 2026 Chris Dittmann Racing drivers Daniella Sutton and Henry Mercier in an intensive testing programme ahead of the start of the new season. All indicators are that it will be another very competitive season of wheel-to-wheel British F4 racing. Having firmly established itself as a race-winning team in 2025, Chris Dittmann Racing will be looking to be regular podium visitors and to continue challenging the competitive order in 2026.
The new season will get underway on the third weekend of April at Donington Park in Leicestershire.
Piotr Orzechowski Said:
“I’m very pleased to be continuing my partnership with Chris Dittmann Racing for the 2026 season. They have been a great help during preparations for this year and stepping up into single-seaters. I can’t wait to get the season started!”
Chris Dittmann, Team Principal Said:
“It’s great to have Piotr returning to Chris Dittmann Racing for 2026. It’s safe to say his first season was a learning year, but he will come back a better driver for it. The consistency of running with the same engineers and mechanics will mean he can fully focus on getting the best results every race weekend. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey with him.”
