Rodin Motorsport has today announced a change in name and branding for the upcoming 2024 season. The current ROKiT British F4 Driver and Team’s Cup Champions, formerly known as Rodin Carlin will race under the new name of Rodin Motorsport from the 2024 season.
The Farnham based squad has been a force in junior motorsport since the team’s inception as Carlin in 1999. The team has claimed nearly 500 race victories, over 30 championship titles and helped promote over 30 drivers to F1 during the team’s history.
Drivers such as Zane Maloney, Ugo Ugochukwu, 2023 champion Louis Sharp and current Formula 1 drivers Logan Sargeant and Lando Norris have all won for the team in the ROKiT British F4 Championship.
Following investment from New Zealand based Rodin Cars at the beginning of last year, the team has made the move towards a new name and new black and white colours as it continues its commitment to the FIA Formula Two, Formula Three, F1 Academy, GB3, Spanish F4 and British F4 categories.
Rodin Motorsport director David Dicker said, “I am thrilled to lead Rodin Motorsport in this new era of our racing history. The team have a tremendous racing pedigree which we will continue to build upon moving forward. The 2024 season is once again going to be an exciting year for everyone at Rodin Motorsport and I for one can’t wait to get back on track where we belong.
“Our core values remain the same and we continue to strive to be the leading junior motorsport team. Our commitment to the drivers, championships and staff remains unwavering; we are here to race, develop drivers and keep winning.”
Rodin Motorsport have so far announced Abbi Pulling and Alex Ninovic as part of their squad for the 2024 ROKiT British F4 Championship.
