Alsabah added to Xcel Motorsport line-up for rookie season

Xcel Motorsport is proud to announce its second driver for the 2026 Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA.  Jaber Alsabah hailing from Kuwait will mark an exciting next step in his single-seater career on the tracks of Britain this season.

Jaber’s progression into British F4 is a particularly special moment for the team, having been one of Xcel Motorsport’s karting recruits. His journey from karting through to Formula 4 highlights the strength of Xcel’s driver development pathway and reinforces the team’s commitment to nurturing young talent from grassroots motorsport through to the highest levels of competition.

Dan Hart, British F4 Team Manager, shared his enthusiasm for the season ahead:
“I’m really excited to continue working with Jaber in 2026. He’s shown strong development throughout his time with us, and his transition from karting into single-seaters has been very impressive. We’re looking forward to building on that momentum and helping him maximise his potential during his rookie British F4 campaign.”

Jaber is eager to take on the challenge of his first full season in the championship, commenting:
“I’m really excited to announce that I will be continuing with Xcel Motorsport for my rookie campaign in the British F4 Championship. I’m looking forward to building on everything as we take the next step.”

“This rookie season in British F4 is all about learning fast, developing with the team, and challenging myself to deliver my best on every race weekend.”

With a strong foundation built through Xcel Motorsport’s karting programme and continued support from the team, Jaber Alsabah heads into 2026 focused on learning, progression, and delivering consistent performances throughout the British F4 season.
