15-year-old Salim made his competitive debut with Virtuosi Racing at Thruxton, following previous testing with the team earlier this season. He joins the British F4 grid as part of a broader 2025 campaign that includes entries in both the Italian Formula 4 Championship and the E4 Championship, marking a pivotal year in his development as a driver.
Salim brings with him a strong international karting background, highlighted by a third-place finish in the WSK Champions Cup (OK class), and wins in the 2022 WSK Open Cup and Trofeo Delle Industrie (OKJ category), before his step up to single-seaters at the end of last year. After finishing P7 in the 2024 Formula Trophy UAE and P6 in the 2025 F4 Middle East Championship, he embarked on a full campaign with PREMA in Italian F4.
