Reema Juffali left the F4 British Championship certified by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost season-opener at Brands Hatch elated after meeting all her personal objectives on her debut weekend in the category.
The 27-year old from Saudi Arabia put in three solid finishes to start her first full-season of single-seater racing on the front foot with reigning champions Double R Racing, picking up her first points in Ford’s winning formula during the ITV4-televised second race of the weekend in ninth.
She now heads to the next event at Donington Park on 27th-28th April looking to build on that foundation as she continues to catch up in rapid fashion to those with more car racing experience ahead.
“It all happened so fast, I’ve been training for 6 weeks now and here I was at my first single seater race in the UK. I remember laughing before my first race in disbelief. It’s incredible,” recalls Juffali.
“I went into this weekend with certain goals in mind and I managed to achieved them, so I’m very happy about that. I finished all three races and even scored some points.
“Being at such a historic track around thousands of fans made my debut race very memorable.
“The support I received has been amazing. I’m fortunate to be able to do what I love and have a positive impact on the lives of others. If I’ve inspired others to go after their passion, then that’s a win I’ll treasure.”
