Louis Foster declared race two winner after penalty for Browning

Double R Racing’s Louis Foster has been declared the winner of Round 2 of the 2019 F4 British Championship certified by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost at Brands Hatch after a 10-second time penalty was handed to provisional winner Luke Browning.
Browning has been penalised for his part in contact between him and Carlin’s Zane Maloney into Clearways on the final lap of the race and subsequently drops to third in the final classification.
It marks Foster’s first victory in the Ford EcoBoost-powered series on his debut weekend in the category and also opens reigning champions Double R Racing’s account for the new season.
