HRX UK will continue as the F4 British Championship certified by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost’s official race suit and clothing supplier for the 2020 season.
The Italian race wear manufacturer will once again provide each of Ford’s rising stars with a race suit next season, as well as providing options for bespoke boots, gloves and fireproof underwear, as well as supplying brand-new staff clothing for the championship’s organising team.
HRX UK will have a presence at this weekends Motorsport Days Live event at Silverstone – the ‘Home of British Motorsport’. They will be based in Hall 1, Stand H149 to talk to customers about race suits and other equipment available for the 2020 season.
The show co-incides with the launch of their new website – www.hrxracewear.co.uk – featuring an industry-first online configurator where customers can create their own custom race suits, boots and gloves to send to their specialist designers for production.
“We’re delighted to have HRX on board as our official team wear suppliers for the 2020 season,” commented Sam Roach, British F4 Championship Promoter.
“For two seasons now, our drivers have represented our stakeholders – Ford Performance, Hankook, Samsung and Snap-on Tools – in style in HRX’s bespoke race suits, and this partnership is the latest stage in that relationship between the two brands.
“The quality of the product speaks for itself, and I’m sure we’ll continue to have the best presented, as well as most competitive, FIA F4 championship worldwide again in 2020.”
HRX UK Manager Callum McDougall shared Roach’s enthusiasm at the news, with the championship providing the perfect platform for the business to continue establishing itself as the ‘go-to’ place for race wear.
“We’re pleased to be to teaming up with the F4 British Championship once again,” said McDougall.
“We are aiming to get the HRX brand in some of the best areas in UK motorsport and working with British F4 is essential to that.
“It is the perfect platform for HRX to get our brand of bespoke race suits out there with some fantastic young, up and coming racing drivers wearing them.
“We are also pleased to be with MSD at their second Motorsport Days Live show displaying to the public our range of race suits and equipment at the show too.
“Wae are especially excited to be launching our new website, which contains an online customer configurator, at this event. The configurator has been purposefully designed to allow drivers at all levels to be able to design their own equipment and look like pros. For us, this is the perfect way to kick off the build-up to the 2020 season.”
Next up for the F4 British Championship is the inaugural Scholarship Day, also held at Silverstone, on 5th November; beyond that, another 30-race, action-packed season will begin at Donington Park on 28-29 March, 2020.
